Xinjiang Zhongtai Textile and Garment Group Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co., Ltd. established on December 23, 2021, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. In 2024, it will be identified as the second-level operation platform of ecological cotton spinning sector of Zhongtai Group, and shoulder management functions such as strengthening business operation, production scheduling, investment management, internal supervision and coordination services of the three major industries of cotton spinning, viscose spinning and future chemical fiber spinning.

    At present, there are more than 17,350 employees and 30,000 seasonal laborers. The business covers cotton cultivation and acquisition, viscose fiber production, spinning processing, needle textile and raw material sales, household textile manufacturing, industrial textile manufacturing and sales, clothing manufacturing, procurement and sales agency services, supply chain management services, enterprise management consulting and other fields.
