1. About the Report

This is the 9th Sustainability Report issued by Sateri. This Report will systematically outline the Company's commitments, policies, strategies, actions, and results on sustainabilityin 2024.

2. Reporting Scope and Boundary

The Report mainly includes Sater's performance from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, with some information extending beyond this time frame. Unless otherwise stated, the entities covered in this Repot includeall assets and operations managed by Sateri, as listed below:

For SSH, Linz Nanjing, and nonwoven mills, data and information relating to human resources, occupational health and safety, training, greenhouse gas emissions, and intellectual property are disclosed in this Report while any other environmental data (i.e. data on exhaust emissions, wastewater discharge, energy consumption) are not disclosed. Sateri(Shandong) Fibre Co., Ltd. is under construction and its data is not included in this Report.

3. Reporting Standards and Data Sources

This Report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), combined with the analysis results of the Company's material issues.

Unless otherwise specified, data in this Report are measured and calculated in accordance with internationally recognised standards, while the cited data and cases are from Sateri's official documents or provided by third parties such as regulators, auditors, or suppliers.

Monetary figures mentioned in this Report are in RMB.

4. External Verification

TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd. has provided independent limited verification of this Report in accordance with AA1000AS v3, whereby its opinion is detailed in Appendix V: Independent Verification Statement.

5. Language

This Report is published in both Chinese and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
